Paraqa LLC makes no guarantees regarding how long processing or shipping will take.

All timeframes listed below are estimates only and may vary.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders typically process within 5–10 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
  • High-volume times (product drops, restocks, holidays) may result in longer processing.
  • Processing delays may happen at any time for any reason. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from delay.

3. SHIPPING ESTIMATES

  • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days (delays may occur at customs or borders)
    Again, these are not guaranteed and depend entirely on carrier performance.

4. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once your order is scanned by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Paraqa is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays in transit
  • Delivery to wrong addresses caused by carrier error
  • Packages marked as “delivered” that are not received

5. DELIVERIES TO APARTMENTS & HIGH-RISK AREAS

If you live in an apartment, shared housing, or a high-theft area:

  • We recommend using a secure delivery option or alternate address.
  • You accept full responsibility for any missing packages once marked as delivered.

6. ADDRESS ERRORS

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for the lost package
  • You will be responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is returned and you request reshipment

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

We are not liable for customs-related delays, fees, or package rejections.

  • Any specific shipping time
  • Any successful or timely delivery
