Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once an item has been dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, defective, or damaged packages/goods. Please contact USPS for further assistance.

 

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any reason.

This applies to all products, including limited drops, pre-orders, and regular inventory.

2. ORDER ACCURACY

Please double-check your order and shipping information before checking out.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, addresses, or duplicate orders placed by mistake.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at paraqaco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. We do not issue refunds.

4. NO EXCHANGES

We do not offer size exchanges, even if the item doesn’t fit.

Sizing information is provided to help you choose correctly. If you’re unsure, email us before purchasing.

5. SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

Packages lost, stolen, or delayed during shipping

Packages marked “delivered” that you did not receive

Items returned due to incorrect addresses

All issues related to delivery must be resolved with the shipping carrier.

6. CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

You are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and import duties. If your order is rejected or delayed by customs, we are not responsible.

7. FINAL STATEMENT

By placing an order, you agree to this No Refund or Return Policy in full.
